Escalate when needed and update knowledge based on resolved cases.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, catching errors before or as soon as they occur.
•Investigate and resolve first-line incidents and problems following approved procedures.
•Provide request fulfillment support via telephonic support, ITSM tickets, or chat.
•Perform maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes and support shift handovers.
•Identify optimization opportunities (incident reduction, automation) and update knowledge while escalating when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, Meraki switches, and routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
•Handle tickets daily in line with defined SOPs and act promptly.
•Resolve tickets using available knowledge articles and provided SOPs.
•Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
