Supplier Account management - Plastics

Manage strategic relationships with assigned plastics-related suppliers to drive cost, quality, and delivery performance. Own end-to-end supplier engagement, including qualification and risk mitigation for OEM equipment sourcing. Develop commodity strategies, track supplier KPIs, benchmark pricing, and negotiate commercial terms and contracts. Partner with engineering to qualify new suppliers and materials, act as escalation point for supplier issues, and support systemic supply-chain problem resolution.
