Oversee the end-to-end change management lifecycle within an SIAM/multi-vendor environment, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed with minimal risk. Coordinate end-to-end governance activities, including RFC validation, impact and risk assessment, CAB meeting scheduling, and documentation/approvals. Maintain forward schedule of changes (FSC), manage schedules and conflicts, and report key change success metrics, incidents, and backlog.
