•Receive and fulfill requests from other departments within Ally, completing control-based tasks.
•Investigate payment history and review accounts for repossession approval.
•Partner with multiple lines of business to resolve consumer issues and assist in partnership with complaints.
•Utilize multiple systems to perform qualitative reviews, identify trends, and make recommendations to resolve issues.
•Work closely with Special Handling groups on complex accounts and meet compliance, QC, and service-level agreement requirements.

Salary: USD 48,880 - 59,488 annually
