  • •Ensure projects follow flydubai IT PMO governance and PMO standards for delivery and deployment.
  • •Plan milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines to meet approved scope and project objectives.
  • •Drive contingency planning, risk mitigation, and regular reporting of progress, risks, issues, and mitigations to stakeholders.
  • •Ensure audit findings are addressed and complete project closure including resource/timesheet requirements and obtaining project sign-off.
