Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end multi-process integration and site-level Global Change Process (GCP) governance to ensure production stability and controlled manufacturing risk.
  • •Define, optimize, and govern process windows and manufacturing baselines to improve yield, product reliability, and risk management.
  • •Lead technical evaluations for qualification, implementation, and site-to-site deployment of new processes, tools, and materials.
  • •Diagnose integration gaps and resolve cross-process issues with module, equipment, yield, and product teams.
  • •Use data-driven methods (DOE, SPC/FDC, APC, FMEA, 8D) and AI-enabled analytics to support new product introduction and long-term manufacturing excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •TOEIC score of 650 or above, or an equivalent English proficiency certification.
  • •Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
