Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and applying sound judgment in client interactions.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, and related offerings.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing) (required).
