  • •Develop and lead the advisor engagement program strategy aligned with distribution priorities and business objectives.
  • •Build a scalable, multi-format advisor education curriculum and delivery model across self-serve digital resources and wholesaler-led engagement.
  • •Create and distribute advisor- and client-facing program components across digital, print, and in-person formats, partnering with subject matter experts.
  • •Partner with Advisor Distribution leadership to equip wholesalers with tools for consultative client conversations and develop segment-specific approaches.
  • •Establish reporting cadence and define KPIs (CE completions, event participation, content consumption, engagement quality, and pipeline influence).

Key Requirements
