Experienced Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead a large 300mm fab manufacturing shift in a highly automated factory, driving safe, efficient production outcomes. Plan and administer policies, staff and support direct labor, and implement 5S efforts to resolve manufacturing and technical issues affecting cost and cycle time. Execute priority lot protocols to move critical lots quickly, escalate production issues, and coordinate with engineering support groups while working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
