  • •Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • •Manage integration platform efforts including cloud and internal integrations, partner-by-partner integrations, and intrusion integrations.
  • •Lead API build-out and monetization, partner program testing/certification, marketplace management, and billing platform (Zoura) roadmap with the IT team, including HON ontology scope and definition.
