Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational programs supporting the CG Office, including employee recognition and executive/partner gifting initiatives.
  • •Manage operational cadences for executive forums, roundtables, town halls, and strategic meetings.
  • •Own calendar governance and ensure meeting readiness, agenda development, attendance management, logistics coordination, and pre-reads.
  • •Participate in engineering operational reviews to improve visibility, track executive priorities, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives for workspace planning and organizational/business process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,450 - 148,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in program management, business operations, engineering operations, chief of staff, or related roles.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
  • •Strong experience building operational frameworks, business rhythms, and scalable processes.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for preparing executive-level materials.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and project management tools.
