•Lead projects end-to-end, create collateral, and coach on- and off-shore team members
•Ensure overall quality of engagements you lead and deliver value to clients
•Identify, validate, and grow opportunities in strategic accounts in collaboration with the business development team
•Provide hands-on keyboard contributions when required and architect compelling cost-competitive solutions
•Architect and deliver secure, data-driven Power Platform solutions and participate in workshops and discovery sessions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 131,000 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Infrastructure and software architecture using a cloud-first services approach, including ETL and migration design, planning and execution
•Strong communication skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Mentor and train on-shore and off-shore technical teams
•Hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas & model driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
•Familiarity with Center of Excellence, Power Platform ALM framework, and Dataverse environment strategy (plus)
