Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects, create collateral, coach, mentor and encourage on- and off-shore team members and ensure quality of engagements you lead
  • •Identify, validate, and grow opportunities in strategic accounts by driving solutions aligned to Avanade’s offerings
  • •Provide hands-on keyboard services where required and deliver compelling solutions that are cost-competitive for clients
  • •Design secure data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL and other sources to support solutions
  • •Serve as technical SME in workshops and discovery sessions and embed Power Platform solutions in large digital transformation strategies

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 131,000 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Infrastructure and software architecture using a cloud-first services approach, including ETL and migration design, planning and execution
  • •Hands-on development and integration experience with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
  • •Strong ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor teams
  • •Acquisition of required Power Platform technical certifications
  • •Prior consulting and technical architecture experience in a client-facing context
