Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-functional teams with OEM/ODM, network & storage vendors, and software partners to deliver next-generation AI storage computing platform solutions.
  • •Define strategy and tactics to drive GPU and storage server solutions and integration across the hardware/software lifecycle from evaluation to customer acceptance and start of service.
  • •Improve product development by scoping projects, assembling support teams, kicking off projects with customers, and developing joint project timelines and technical collateral.
  • •Coordinate engineering design reviews, ensure implementation of customer-required features, resolve blocking issues/bugs, and support timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
  • •Organize and lead complex engineering-to-engineering discussions and regularly communicate program status, key issues, and continuous improvement learning opportunities to customers and management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •BS/MS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong Technical Programs Management experience for complex OEM/ODM system-level integration, development, and qualification.
  • •Experience with SW/HW system life cycle and key indicators to effectively lead program/project execution.
  • •Ability to drive execution and coordination between internal teams and external accounts, including providing dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and managing risks.
