Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on competition-law risks, including distribution arrangements, pricing, collaborations, information exchange, and platform conduct.
  • •Support regulatory inquiries and investigations, including dawn-raid preparedness and engagement with competition authorities and other regulators.
  • •Manage and support disputes including commercial disputes, consumer claims, litigation, arbitration, and pre-action strategy.
  • •Coordinate external counsel, develop case strategy, manage evidence, oversee document preservation, and monitor legal spend.
  • •Maintain regulatory readiness, deliver training and compliance materials, and collaborate across product, marketing, customer experience, finance, and government affairs to implement legal guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ PQE in competition/antitrust, disputes/litigation, regulatory, or consumer law.
  • •Strong APAC and/or EU competition, consumer, or digital-regulation experience is preferred.
  • •Experience managing investigations, regulatory engagement, complex disputes, litigation strategy, or external counsel.
  • •Able to provide practical, commercially balanced advice on complex, fast-moving matters.
  • •Strong written and verbal English with excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
