Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and analyze suspense accounts and title issues.
  • •Establish and maintain accurate Division of Ownership Interest records.
  • •Resolve revenue discrepancies, verify well interest, and explain interest.
  • •Communicate and correspond with oil & gas companies and work closely with mineral managers and analysts.
  • •Monitor newly assigned assets to ensure correct placement on record, coding, and valuation; assist with revenue processing and other assigned administrative tasks.

  • •A college or university degree and 2-3 years of proven work experience preferred.
  • •Use analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage, review, and/or sell various types of assets.
  • •Familiarity with Enverus, DrillingInfo, MineralSoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Familiarity with theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline and ability to follow standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
