Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Lead operations strategy by analyzing trends and data to identify improvement opportunities across technology, processes, and systems. Build models and conduct cost-benefit analysis to deliver executive-ready recommendations and presentations. Partner with Product, Analytics, and Operations to design and drive adoption of initiatives, test process improvements, and support change management. Mentor operations analysts and project managers while overseeing reporting and decision-making with cross-functional business partners.
