Job Summary

Join a 12-month development program for women in the HVAC industry, supporting your growth with rotations across Sales or Service and exposure to business leaders. You’ll collaborate in teams, analyze market and customer information to recommend target segments and suitable HVAC products/services, and identify improvement opportunities. The program also includes training across Product Management, Pricing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, with networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with others to drive effective teamwork by connecting your responsibilities to team goals and needs.
•Collect and analyze market and customer information to recommend target markets and the best-fit HVAC solutions, products, and services.
•Identify improvement opportunities, analyze relevant information, and develop, evaluate, and implement effective solutions.
•Propose and/or implement a project that contributes to continuous improvement in Sales or Service areas during the program period.
•Complete the program’s integrated training and take advantage of leadership exposure and networking opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Advanced English proficiency.
•Final-semester or newly graduated students in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
•Digital tools proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Demonstrated leadership through academic groups, sports team captaincy, or exceptional project leadership in university or community.
•Strong interest in learning continuously with a customer focus in the HVAC business.
