Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate heritage approval processes, notices and supporting documentation to meet operational and agreement commitments.
  • •Maintain approval trackers, databases and reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
  • •Support heritage fieldwork planning, surveys and studies through contractor coordination, logistics and documentation management.
  • •Prepare and review correspondence, briefing materials and information requests relating to heritage matters.
  • •Maintain records within heritage information management systems and ensure data integrity across heritage activities.

  • •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse groups.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook, and experience preparing detailed reports and documentation.
