Lead and grow the Enablement Engineering team within Technology, People, Innovation & Learning to accelerate Salesforce's AI adoption. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enablement Engineers — setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, supporting career growth and fostering a collaborative, high-standards team culture.
•Drive team priorities and workload planning in alignment with broader T&P learning strategy and represent the team and its impact with senior stakeholders.
•Partner with the Senior Director of TPIL Learning to shape the enablement engineering strategy and roadmap.
•Develop and facilitate live and virtual technical enablement sessions for Salesforce engineers and technical audiences — making complex AI and platform concepts accessible and actionable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 171,200 - 273,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading and managing technical teams, with ability to hire, develop people, and build high-performing groups.
•Hands-on software engineering experience with proficiency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar).
•Solid understanding of software development fundamentals: Git, APIs, debugging, and SDLC.
•Experience presenting and facilitating to technical audiences; able to set up and troubleshoot technical environments and translate complex concepts clearly.
•Preferred: experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools.
