Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end close speed after taking accounting in-house and centralizing financial data in an AI-native ERP (Campfire).
  • •Design and build an AI-native internal control framework and embed controls into processes using Campfire and Ramp.
  • •Optimize end-to-end process flows across core cycles (P2P, R2R, O2C) and continuously improve tooling and process design.
  • •Deliver management reporting and granular, decision-ready insights for financial planning and analysis.
  • •Lead and grow the controlling & accounting function, including managing a team of 2–3 and supporting global entity expansion.
