Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering support for system integration on major modifications to in-flight entertainment, Wi-Fi, and cabin systems.
  • •Coordinate with manufacturers and regulatory authorities and ensure engineering dispositions are substantiated and compliant with applicable regulations and Company manuals.
  • •Investigate aircraft/component problems that may cause delays, cancellations, or maintenance interruptions, and determine corrective actions to restore serviceable status.
  • •Develop customized procedures and special criteria for repairs, modifications, inspections, servicing, and other maintenance actions not covered in existing manuals.
  • •Develop action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and component engineering projects, author engineering documents, and keep technical expertise current.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field required.
  • •Minimum 6 years of engineering experience.
  • •Experience authoring, revising, and creating Engineering Orders (EOs), Maintenance Evaluation Team (MET) Projects, and Engineering Authorizations (EAs).
  • •Knowledge of CFRs, maintenance programs, WDM, AMM, IPC, TSM and CMM.
  • •Must hold an A&P license and have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
