Key Responsibilities

•Develop configuration designs based on client needs, including use cases and test conditions.
•Create training documentation to enable successful implementation of initiatives and processes.
•Recommend solutions, integration points, and implementation architecture to drive business improvements.
•Document business processes and system designs using process flow diagram tools and UML (including sequence diagrams).
•Align technical designs with the client’s enterprise architecture to ensure scalability and performance.

Key Requirements
