Job Summary

Own end-to-end execution for products in the Maritime Value Stream, coordinating production planning, supply chain, quality, and logistics to meet program milestones. Build strategic and tactical operation plans, manage product schedules and budgets, and drive tiered governance to resolve root causes and implement corrective actions. Lead Earned Value Management, Cost Account Manager activities, partner across functions, and interface with internal/external customers through MBRs and program reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate end-to-end operational execution for assigned products, including new product introduction, recovery planning, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness.
•Establish strategic and tactical operations plans and drive tiered governance across functions for visibility and disciplined decision-making.
•Manage product schedule and budget, mitigate risks, and support cost/sales targets through CAM, EAC, and EVM/EVM-related activities.
•Interface with internal and external customers through MBRs, Gates, PMRs, EACs, and customer visits/tours.
•Drive use of leading/lagging metrics to monitor progress, evaluate root causes, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
•Prior experience in an Operations organization or recurring interface with Operations.
•Experience in financial, manufacturing, material planning, and Earned Value Management.
•Demonstrated analytical skills for EVMS and government program planning.
•Familiarity with SAP or other MRP systems, and ability to drive Continuous Improvement (CORE, 6 Sigma, Lean).
