Job Summary

Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships through proactive goal discovery and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. Deliver excellent customer service by resolving complex issues, processing transactions accurately, and balancing daily. Drive business development through calling programs, appointments, and referrals, while educating customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking. Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, and maintain product and technology knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve complex customer issues.
•Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily.
•Drive consistent business development and calling program while servicing walk-in customers.
•Proactively grow customer relationships through appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships; educate customers on optimizing use of online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience (or relevant military service).
•FINRA licenses (required): must have 3 of the following 5 licenses in active status: Series 6 or 7; Series 63 or 66; State Life and Health Insurance License; SIE (Securities Industry Essentials).
•If not all required licenses are held at application, acquire the remaining required licenses within 120 days of hire date.
•Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build and retain customer relationships.
