Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor)

Build a high-velocity recruiting engine and manage the full lifecycle for a variety of technical roles. You’ll drive sourcing and outreach for hard-to-fill positions, create strong candidate experiences, and use recruiting metrics and market data to refine strategy and improve conversion rates. Working with TRM’s fully remote Talent team, you’ll configure interviews in the ATS, align with hiring teams for calibration, and continuously optimize the search until each role is filled.
