Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement department policies and practices aligned to the school’s vision and aims.
  • •Establish, monitor, and evaluate short-, medium-, and long-term development plans for the department.
  • •Use data to identify underachieving students and create plans of action to support them.
  • •Ensure schemes of work are developed, reviewed, and evaluated for all year groups, including provision for SEN/POD, G&T, and EAL students.

Key Requirements
