Lead Lot Operations

Lead and coordinate daily lot operations for vehicle auctions, serving as a primary people leader for a team of direct reports. You’ll oversee vehicle flow to ensure cars are correctly staged and ready for auction, delegate tasks to meet pre-sale and maintenance requirements, and collaborate with other departments on daily movement schedules. Manage onboarding and training, conduct daily inspections and pre-sale quality checks, and support inventory management by verifying VIN and vehicle data accuracy while enforcing safety standards.
