Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all activities comply with and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
  • •Accurately process guest and operational requests with correct, timely information.
  • •Maintain the 10/20 pool scanning rule at all times and respond immediately to any incidents in pool and surrounding areas.
  • •Administer First Aid and CPR when required and remain proficient in lifesaving techniques.
  • •Conduct daily inspections of the First Aid kit, oxygen unit, and emergency/paramedic supplies to ensure readiness and compliance.
