Americas Network Team Lead

Lead the delivery, performance, and reliability of network services across the Americas, covering the United States, Canada, and Brazil. Reporting to the Global Network Services Manager, you’ll manage network engineers and contractors, coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams, and ensure network operations and major incident resolution run smoothly. Provide technical leadership across routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, VPN, IP Voice, and network security while driving continuous improvement and compliance with enterprise standards.
