Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, maintain, and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety management systems and site EHS programs.
  • •Integrate EHS requirements into business operations by partnering with site leaders, engineering teams, facilities personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and manage environmental permitting requirements (air, wastewater, hazardous waste), including audits, inspections, and recordkeeping.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed effectively.
  • •Provide technical EHS guidance, support training and employee engagement, conduct site inspections, and participate in emergency response as needed.

Salary: USD 110,500 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of EHS experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, R&D, high-technology, or related industrial environments.
  • •Experience managing EHS compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including federal/state/local requirements.
  • •Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, hazardous waste regulations, fire codes, and building code requirements; environmental permitting experience preferred.
