Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve technical client issues for the front-line support team by handling tickets, learning new software, and escalating problems to development.
  • •Troubleshoot and fix technical problems that support can’t handle, including investigating email issues and performing backend data updates.
  • •Create and debug front-end experiences and improve or build backend functionality and internal APIs.
  • •Learn to debug websites and HTML email newsletters across email clients using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • •Help set up and maintain production servers and monitor production systems for problems, tracking progress in Jira.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1 years of hands-on experience in scripting or software development with modern tech stacks.
  • •Familiarity with .NET and C#, or other object-oriented languages.
  • •Experience with Angular, Python, MSSQL, and Redis (or comparable tools).
  • •Familiarity with cloud environments and development in Linux/Unix systems (AWS, Bash, nginx are a plus).
  • •Ability to interpret client specifications, communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, and handle support tickets.
