Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global Workplace, Infrastructure, and Lab Operations portfolio strategy and align category strategies to business growth objectives and capital planning.
  • •Build and lead a global category management organization, including leadership recruitment, succession planning, and capability/talent development.
  • •Serve as the primary executive relationship leader for Global Workplace & Infrastructure, driving early demand, business planning, and governance forums.
  • •Lead enterprise category management excellence: strategy development, demand management, supplier segmentation, market intelligence, governance, and performance analytics.
  • •Lead SRM governance and operating model transformation, including supplier innovation, resiliency/risk management, and adoption of AI-enabled category management capabilities.
