Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of the business systems strategy for IA Europe, focusing on performance measurement, daily management and strategy deployment.
•Manage and oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of business systems to support business objectives.
•Drive performance measurement by focusing on clear performance indicators across Global Business Enterprises (GBEs), enabling roll-up from bottom to top with appropriate transfer functions.
•Collaborate with and coach Regional General Managers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and design effective Lean solutions.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and system functionality.
