Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate onboarding programs and learning experiences (orientations, workshops, cohorts, Fab Bootcamp) in-person and virtually.
  • •Handle onboarding administration including headcount tracking, welcome communications, cohort planning, and training enrollment.
  • •Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to contribute to onboarding plans aligned to roles and business needs.
  • •Develop and maintain onboarding programs, materials, and learning resources for new hire integration.
  • •Use data and reports to monitor onboarding performance, identify improvements, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong written and verbal communication, able to facilitate and support in-person and virtual training.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn Excel for data analysis and reporting.
