Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead warehouse safety management and ensure compliance with EHS and warehouse operating standards.
  • •Manage daily warehouse operations to meet targets for safety, inventory accuracy, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • •Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, location planning, and material flow/logistics routes to improve space utilization and throughput.
  • •Lead inventory control initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, and cost performance.
  • •Drive warehouse continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, including Lean/CIF/SIO and Industry 4.0 (intelligent warehouse deployment, WMS/SAP optimization, data-driven management), and manage equipment/automation/capital projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, material management, or supply chain management.
  • •Experience with warehouse digitalization, automation, WMS implementation, and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) deployment.
  • •Proficiency in SAP, MES, and warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory and warehouse operations management.
  • •Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, material flow, and storage management, with familiarity with EHS and continuous improvement methodologies.
