The North Face: Assistant Store Manager - Easton Town Center

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of brand advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection while meeting company standards. Supervise floor coverage and support store opening/closing, coaching staff, driving sales results, and helping with hiring, visual merchandising, compliance, loss prevention, safety, and weekly reporting.
