•Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, including the bank app and ATMs.
•Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for more complex needs.
•Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments, following all financial policies and procedures including cash handling and applicable laws/regulations.

•Ability to use digital technology to support business goals and aptitude to problem-solve customer issues.
