Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the execution of internal and external communications strategy across key channels.
  • •Develop and execute HeliumCare-focused content and campaigns that increase awareness among government, funders, NGOs, healthcare stakeholders, communities, and partners.
  • •Translate complex healthcare, technology, and programme information into compelling and accessible communications while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
  • •Lead day-to-day HeliumCare communications support by identifying stories, milestones, impact, and visibility opportunities in collaboration with programme and business teams.
  • •Support brand and public relations activities including media relations, speaking engagements, leadership talking points, and internal communications across employee channels.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • •Experience across internal and external communications, preferably in-house or within an agency environment.
  • •Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and business/corporate communication skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare or public health topics.
  • •Experience developing content for multiple channels, including digital and social media, plus support for PR, media relations, events, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
