Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and train bar staff, providing guidance on drink preparation techniques, customer service standards, and bar operations procedures.
  • •Create and maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized bar environment while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • •Develop and update cocktail menus using seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences to drive sales.

Key Requirements
