Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture depositions, hearings, and legal proceedings in a certified stenographic capacity, producing accurate, verbatim transcripts.
  • •Use CAT software and digital audio tools to scope, proofread, and finalize transcripts that meet Nevada court reporting standards.
  • •Assist the company with court-reporter firm registration
  • •Lead quality assurance by auditing transcripts, schedules, and workflows for accuracy, consistency, and compliance; provide feedback, training, and onboarding support to strengthen team performance.
  • •Drive strategic planning by developing staffing models, overseeing recruitment, and aligning resources to ensure coverage of all proceedings.
