•Assist store director and specialists with daily activities and store operations.
•Contribute to achieving store budgets and targets by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans from managers.
•Maintain stock and manage deliveries to support store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant roles (preferably in multinational retail)
•Knowledge of the main KPI of commerce/retail
•Diploma di scuola superiore; good English, French a plus
•Strong team spirit, agility, dynamism, and flexibility
•Excellent customer service orientation and results-driven mindset
