Key Responsibilities

•Comply with all SHEQ obligations and the WSP OH&S system; develop site-specific health and safety plans and adhere to the Quality System and Code of Ethics.
•Represent WSP professionally and deliver a range of projects including bridges, tunnels, rail, and steel/concrete structures.
•Coordinate across disciplines and work closely with the Project Team Lead or Project Manager to ensure project success.
•Liaise with other disciplines in report and proposal preparation, and review the work of drafters as needed.
•Apply knowledge of structural analysis programs and 3D modelling tools to deliver transport structures within the Digital Engineering Framework.

Key Requirements

•Licensed Civil Engineer
•4-7 years of relevant work experience
•Structural design experience for bridges, ground support, tunnel linings, and/or retaining walls
•Knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., MIDAS Civil, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, STAAD, SPACE GASS, Microstran, CSI Bridge)
•Proficiency in AutoCAD/Microstation/Revit and MS Word/Excel; familiarity with Australian standards and safety in design practices
