Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction and build fixes.
  • •Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla’s APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
  • •Empower the technology department with AI tools to improve project efficiency.
  • •Ship production-grade code expected to reach real users, including internal tools or customer-facing integrations.
  • •Use agentic coding tools as your default workflow and share weekly lightning-talk demos with real builds.

Key Requirements

  • •Genuine passion for building, with side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or something shipped out of curiosity.
  • •Real AI fluency—hands-on use of agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to build something and validate that it worked.
  • •Bias toward action: when facing an ambiguous problem, you start building before requesting a full spec.
  • •Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions, with willingness to learn quickly.
  • •Open to current undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate students in computer science, software engineering, or related programs; able to work 3 to 6 months at least 4 days a week.
