Job Summary

Help drive an AI-first engineering shift by building internal AI initiatives and proof-of-concept integrations using Xsolla’s APIs and SDKs. Partner with senior engineers to remove friction, ship production-grade code that reaches real users, and work with a global intern cohort. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction and build fixes.
•Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla’s APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
•Empower the technology department with AI tools to improve project efficiency.
•Ship production-grade code expected to reach real users, including internal tools or customer-facing integrations.
•Use agentic coding tools as your default workflow and share weekly lightning-talk demos with real builds.

Key Requirements

•Genuine passion for building, with side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or something shipped out of curiosity.
•Real AI fluency—hands-on use of agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to build something and validate that it worked.
•Bias toward action: when facing an ambiguous problem, you start building before requesting a full spec.
•Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions, with willingness to learn quickly.
•Open to current undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate students in computer science, software engineering, or related programs; able to work 3 to 6 months at least 4 days a week.
