Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store Umsatz, KPI, and profitability targets through short- and long-term planning and cost control.
  • •Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction according to PUMA values and service standards.
  • •Ensure accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds, and discount actions at the register while following Discount Policy & Procedures.
  • •Support the Store Manager with team recruiting, training, development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
  • •Own loss prevention and operational compliance, manage inventory and shrink goals, and support marketing-driven initiatives and events within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of leadership experience in a focused, customer-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/shoes).
  • •Commercial mindset with strong cost awareness and business understanding.
  • •Ability to recruit, motivate, and train employees.
  • •Strong communication, motivation, and presentation skills (including presenting to large groups).
  • •Proficient computer skills with basic MS Office know-how, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet.
