Drive growth of the Institutional Solutions business by uncovering major treasury problems and turning them into product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing to deliver requirements, epics, and user stories. Identify high-impact opportunities across FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth, backed by competitor analysis and deep knowledge of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

•Identify treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants and their service providers.
•Solve treasury challenges through technology, analytics, product, and operations.

•Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories for successful product outcomes.
•Conduct competitor analysis and develop understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows, focusing on FX, derivatives, and interest income opportunities.
