Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, simulate, optimize, and floorplan NAND analog circuits using Micron methods.
  • •Evaluate design feasibility, analyze circuit functionality, and implement analog/mixed-signal designs to meet specifications.
  • •Validate design performance by running block and chip-level simulations using standard industry simulators.
  • •Guide layout planning, manage parasitic extraction, and use circuit debugging to troubleshoot and improve verification and optimization.
  • •Build and maintain Python-based AI utilities interfacing with EDA environments to accelerate setup, corner execution, regression runs, documentation, and predictive design/layout techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in electrical engineering required.
  • •4+ years of NAND design relevant industry experience.
  • •Strong analog/mixed-signal circuit design skills (e.g., charge pumps, op amps, DACs, ADCs, linear regulators, oscillators, bandgaps).
  • •Good fundamentals in semiconductor/device physics plus reliability analysis (e.g., CHC, NBTI, stress, snapback, electromigration, IR analysis).
  • •Strong Python coding skills with experience using structured data (CSV/JSON/SQLite) and version control; coding with Bash/Tcl is a plus.
