Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, adopt, support, and ensure compliance with sales best practices across commercial and functional teams.
  • •Drive orders pulse and weekly/ad hoc reporting for NAR line of business, delivering insights on changes, results, and forecast accuracy.
  • •Conduct weekly sales pipeline reviews with stakeholders to produce reliable short- and long-range forecasts.
  • •Manage regional sales meetings and lead creation/facilitation/reporting for activities like monthly regional business reviews and townhalls.
  • •Run sales incentive and quota processes, including Sales Incentive Program (SIP) management and supporting SPIFF program deployment and dispute handling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive sales operations experience, preferably in a B2B environment (e.g., software, technology, manufacturing, and/or telecommunications).
  • •Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI, and Tableau CRMA platforms.
  • •Ability to execute in a highly matrixed organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
