Key Responsibilities

  • •Design detailed technical solutions for gas and liquid fiscal/custody transfer, blending/transfer, and truck loading applications.
  • •Follow departmental and PMO processes to deliver technically complete designs on time to Emerson quality standards.
  • •Size and select meters; prepare instrument and associated electrical data sheets (e.g., JB, cables, shelters, PDB, pumps, analyzers).
  • •Specify purchased and fabricated components, submit bid specifications, release components for order, and work with vendors/procurement.
  • •Engage customers on queries and deviations, interface technically with customers and suppliers, and perform Pre-FAT/FAT and SAT with customer/site travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 4-5 years of experience.
  • •Instrumentation and process engineering experience.
  • •Knowledge of various instrumentation, applications, panel design, and marshaling.
  • •Ability to perform meter sizing and selection and prepare instrument/electrical data sheets.
  • •Experience with hazardous area classification and applications for international installations.
