Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
  • •Create and deliver mid-size blocks with signal and floorplan across Core/Pitch and periphery areas.
  • •Execute secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO, and DFM.
  • •Work with design and engineering groups to apply multiple layout techniques for array and digital/analog circuits.
  • •Coordinate with TD, Design, CAD, and layout teams to deliver on schedule with quality.

  • •4+ years of experience in layout, with the ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.
  • •Proficiency using Cadence VXL on periphery blocks.
  • •Strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC, and layout issues.
  • •Hands-on experience creating layout for critical blocks including Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, and Differential Amplifier.
  • •Good understanding of analog layout fundamentals and layout effects on speed, capacitance, power, and area.
