Key Responsibilities

•Architect and build a brand-new, scalable multi-tenant 3PL platform for client onboarding, inventory, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and billing.
•Operate as a founding technical leader for a 0-to-1 ecommerce platform, defining technical standards and foundational architecture decisions.
•Deliver reliable, observable, self-healing fulfillment pipelines with clear SLAs and real-time inventory/order visibility.
•Reduce manual exception handling (mis-ships, short-ships, returns, billing disputes) through AI-driven automation.
•Lead technical direction through design reviews, mentorship, and representing the workstream in broader architecture discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–8+ years building and shipping production backend systems.
•Experience leading technical direction of a team or workstream (design reviews, mentorship, setting standards).
•Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, databases, and distributed systems.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native service design.
•Familiarity with event-driven architectures (queues, streams, async processing) and strong testing/debugging/production-support practices.
